Are you or someone you know newly diagnosed as legally blind? Do you have a visual impairment or low vision?
LightHouse is here to help, no matter where you are on your journey. We know it can be stressful to admit you or a loved one needs help. That’s why we made getting started with LightHouse as straightforward and accessible as possible.
Who qualifies for LightHouse services?
Based in San Francisco, California, LightHouse serves
the greater Bay Area with support from our Earle
Baum Center Campus in Santa Rosa, California.
All individuals who are blind or experience any level
of low vision are eligible for our services.
- For young children aged 0-3: Our Little Learners
program serves blind or low vision children and
their families across the California Central Valley
and the greater Bay Area. - For individuals with both hearing and vision loss:
Our DeafBlind program serves residents throughout
the state of California.
